We understand if you want to delete your account. Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Send an email to mninawa at felidaen.cowith the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. In the email, include your username, registered email address, and any other information that can help us identify your account.
3. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your account has been deleted.

Data Handling

Upon account deletion, the following data will be deleted:

• User profile information (username, email address, phone number, etc.)
• trips history and travelling records
• Saved addresses and payment methods

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, such as transaction records for financial reporting. This data will be securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
